Terms and Conditions
Read the terms and conditions for using our platform. Account rules, deposits, bonuses and player rights for UK customers explained in plain English.

These terms lay out the basic ground rules between us and anyone who has a go on the platform. The minute you sign up or stick a bet on, you’re telling us you’ve read this page and you’re alright with sticking to what’s on it. We tweak the wording every now and again when the law shifts or we bolt a new feature on, so it’s worth giving it the once-over from time to time.
Who can use the platform
Access is open only to people aged 18 or over who live somewhere online gambling is legal. UK residents must hold a valid address that matches the documents they later send for verification. Anyone signing up on behalf of someone else, or using a false name, will have the account closed and any winnings withheld.
Opening an account
One person, one account – that’s the rule we build everything else around, and any duplicate profiles get clocked pretty sharpish by the automated checks. Whatever details you bung in at sign-up need to be spot on, because if anything later doesn’t line up with your ID, your withdrawals are going to get held up. Shift house, change your number or swap your email? Pop into your profile and update it there and then.
Deposits and withdrawals
All money moves through the cashier in GBP. Cards, e-wallets and bank transfers are accepted, with minimum and maximum amounts shown next to each option. Payouts go back to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible, and they are released only to the verified account holder. Processing times depend on the provider, not on us.
Bonuses and promotions
Every promo comes with its own small print – wagering targets, time limits, a list of games it works on. The second you grab a bonus, you’re signing up to the lot of it. Try to pull a fast one, set up a handful of profiles to bag the same offer twice, or go chasing rewards in a way the team reckons is taking the mickey, and you’ll find your winnings wiped and the account shut behind you.
Account security
Your login details are yours to look after – keep them to yourself. Don’t go handing your password out, and don’t let anyone else have a quick go on the account either, not even for five minutes. There’s two-factor authentication sitting in the settings menu, and we’d nudge you to switch it on. If anything looks a bit dodgy — say a login from a device you don’t recognise — get on to support straight away.
What you must not do
The following actions break these terms and lead to immediate account closure:
- Using bots, scripts or any software designed to influence gameplay or bonus outcomes.
- Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else’s.
- Funding the account with cards or wallets that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to exploit technical glitches instead of reporting them to the support team.
- Using the platform from a country where online gambling is restricted or banned.
Closing or suspending an account
We can suspend or close any account that breaks these terms. In serious cases, such as fraud or money-laundering attempts, balances are held and the matter is passed to the relevant authority. You can also close your own account at any time by contacting the support team, with any remaining funds returned to the verified payment method.
Limits on liability
The site’s up and running round the clock, but we can’t pretend it’ll never have a moment off. Maintenance slots, a third-party going down, or the wider internet throwing a wobbly can all knock things offline for a bit. We won’t be carrying the can for any losses that come out of that, and we’re not picking up the tab for the choices you make at the tables either. Using the platform’s at your own risk, simple as.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly with the support team will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
Updates to this page
We give these terms a tweak now and then, whenever the rules shift or we bolt a new feature on. Whatever’s sat on this page is always the latest version, with the date of the last edit popped right up the top. Anything big enough to matter gets sent round by email to registered users, so you’ve got a bit of time to have a proper read before the new rules kick in.
